Yes, oil stains can be tricky and very annoying for the person that has them but for us at UCM Cleaning Services it is just part of the expert service we provide. Initially the technician will need to identify what the depth of the oil stain is and how long it has been there, by examining it. If it is relatively dry, he will blot the rest of the moisture away with a clean paper towel and scrape off any excess of dried oil. He will then proceed to treat it with one of our non ammonia based detergents after he has tested it on a small unobtrusive piece of carpet. Our technicians are highly trained and able to clean even the most stubborn stains so no need to despair.
